TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTRY HEAD DID NOT RULE OUT TURKISH AND ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTERS’ MEETING WITH AZERI PRESIDENT IN ISTANBUL

Turkish Foreign Minister Ismail Cem stated about his intention to meet with Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian within the framework of the summit of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation in Istanbul next week. As reported by “Mediamax” agency, Ismail Cem did not rule out the opportunity of holding a meeting of the Armenian and Turkish Foreign Ministers with Azeri President Heydar Aliyev within the framework of the summit either.
