Armenian Foreign Minister went to Rome on a three-day working visit. Vardan Oskanian’s negotiations with Deputy Foreign Minister of that country Boniveri, Chairman of the parliamentary commission on foreign relations Selva, the former Prime Minister, Senator Julio Andreotti and director of the agency for insurance of Italian investments against risk abroad Tellini are expected in the Italian capital. Signing the inter-governmental agreement on escaping double taxation and measures of struggle against tax evasion is planned.
