FRANCE CHANGED REPRESENTATIVE IN MINSK GROUP

France, which is co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, has changed its representative in the group. Diplomat Ugo Perne will engage in the Karabakh conflict settlement on behalf of official Paris. He will substitute co-chair Phillip de Suremain. The new appointment is only a rotation practiced also by other co-chair countries. Armenian Foreign Ministry press secretary Dzyunik Aghajanian has expressed hope that changing the French co-chair will not tell on the Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement.
