On February 25, Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan met with Chris Allan, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office’s Head of Eastern Europe and Central Asia and Special Envoy for the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process.
During the meeting, Hovhannisyan presented the normalization process of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations, as well as Armenia’s vision for ensuring stability and lasting peace in the South Caucasus.
The sides also discussed the Armenian government’s Crossroads of Peace initiative, aimed at unblocking regional transport links. Hovhannisyan reaffirmed Armenia’s commitment to this process.
Additionally, the meeting covered several issues related to bilateral cooperation between Armenia and the United Kingdom.
