ARMENIAN FOREIGN MINISTRY DENIED REPORTS OF SOME BAKU AND MOSCOW MASS MEDIA ABOUT ARMENIAN PARTY AGREEMENT TO SURRENDER FOUR REGIONS OF LOWER KARABAKH TO AZERBAIJAN

Press secretary of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dzyunik Aghajian denied the information spread by some Azeri and Russian mass media that in the course of the negotiations held in Strasbourg lately Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian allegedly stated about the Armenian party’s readiness to surrender four regions of the lower Karabakh to Azerbaijan. Let us remind that according to “Echo” newspaper, being published in Baku, making reference to diplomatic sources in the Council of Europe, in exchange official Yerevan counts on lifting the blockade of the railway communication passing through Nakhichevan.
