The U.S. Embassy in Armenia has clarified that receiving a U.S. entry visa does not equate to indefinite freedom without oversight.
“Visa-related checks do not end with the issuance of the visa. We continue monitoring to ensure that visa holders comply with U.S. laws and immigration regulations. Violations can result in visa revocation and deportation,” the statement reads.
The embassy emphasized that even after a visa is granted, it remains essential to adhere to American immigration policies and laws. Otherwise, procedures for visa cancellation and removal from the country may be initiated.
