On July 16, the Anticorruption Court of Armenia upheld a claim filed by the Prosecutor's Office of Ararat Province aimed at restoring state interests.
According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, based on the court’s decision, 22,149,000 drams will be recovered in favor of the Republic of Armenia as compensation for damages. The amount is to be seized from former head of the Avshar community, S.G., and from Cadastre Committee employees H.N. and E.A.
