Armenia’s Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan has approved an extradition request from Uzbekistan’s competent authority.
A.A., accused of committing extortion on an especially large scale, was handed over to Uzbek authorities on July 25, 2025, according to the Prosecutor General’s Office.
