Armenian Card has announced a temporary suspension of services within the Arca system as of 11:46 AM, citing ongoing technical upgrades and improvements.
“Our specialists are doing everything possible to restore the system as quickly as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience,” the company said in a statement.
