Arayik Harutyunyan, Chief of Staff to the Armenian Prime Minister and a member of the delegation accompanying Nikol Pashinyan on his visit to the United States, posted on Facebook that “in the coming hours, there will be attempts to create an environment of disinformation and manipulation.”
He assured that there will be no war.
“In the coming hours and days, there will be attempts to create yet another atmosphere of disinformation and manipulation in the media. Mostly, this will be done by people, websites, and fake accounts whose past predictions have never come true. You already know them well, so in a sense, I’m writing this post in vain.

There will be peace; there will be no war,” he wrote.
On August 8, U.S. President Donald Trump will host Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the White House. Separate meetings will be followed by a trilateral session. Trump has announced that Pashinyan and Aliyev will formally sign a peace agreement, along with other documents.
