The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, Davit Khudatyan, emphasized during a briefing with journalists that the pre-signing phase is of great importance, especially considering the high-level representation involved.
According to him, this stage is crucial for establishing lasting peace in the Republic of Armenia, as well as for preserving statehood, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, as reported by 1lurer.am .
Addressing the issue of the withdrawal of Azerbaijani forces from Armenian territory, the minister stated that the delimitation process would resolve such problems.
“We are confident that the delimitation process will resolve these issues. The logic and details of the delimitation process have been clearly outlined and already implemented in Kirants. The previously completed delimitation process gives us confidence that this work will continue.
There is an agreement that the delimitation process will go on. And I believe the issues addressed through this process will be solved peacefully using the instrument of delimitation. We have launched a peace process during which all problems will be resolved,” said Khudatyan.
