The U.S. Embassy in Armenia has announced that American troops and their military equipment will depart Armenia after completing the ongoing joint exercises.
"Ambassador Kvien was pleased to speak with American service members of Armenian descent who arrived in Armenia to take part in the U.S.-Armenian joint military exercise Eagle Partner 2025.
Upon the conclusion of Eagle Partner 2025, U.S. personnel and their equipment are scheduled to return to their permanent duty stations,” the embassy stated.
Eagle Partner 2025 is being held in Armenia from August 12 to 20, as part of preparations for international peacekeeping missions. Participants include Armenia’s peacekeeping brigade, U.S. Army Europe and Africa, and the Kansas National Guard.
