Deputy Defense Minister Hrachya Sargsyan told the parliamentary Defense and Security Committee that draft and training call-up notices will be delivered through citizens’ official electronic mailboxes.
“All citizens who have a public service number and an ID card also have an official e-mail address. They can access the content of the notice by logging into the azdarar.am website and identifying themselves with their ID,” Sargsyan said, Pastinfo reported.
He added that citizens will also receive an SMS notification on the phone number registered with their commissariat. If no response is given within five days, the notice will also be sent by post through Haypost.
“If a citizen neither checks their electronic mail nor receives the postal notice, the system activates a public notification mechanism. On the 10th day, the citizen is considered duly notified,” Sargsyan explained.
