Pashinyan meets NATO ambassadors, reaffirms cooperation

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received ambassadors accredited to NATO at the Government Building during their visit to Armenia. The discussions primarily focused on Armenia-NATO partnership. Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing and developing their cooperation.

Pashinyan underlined that Armenia values its collaboration with international partners, including NATO, which contributes to promoting a security and stability agenda in the region.

He presented Armenia’s recent efforts aimed at strengthening peace and stability in the region, particularly referencing the Washington Declaration signed on August 8 and the initialing of the peace and interstate relations agreement.

The ambassadors welcomed both the declaration and the initialing of the agreement, calling them crucial steps toward long-term regional stability. They also expressed strong appreciation for the existing partnership with Armenia.

The meeting included an exchange of views on regional security, Armenia’s reform agenda, and the expansion of international cooperation.

The NATO-accredited ambassadors were also received by the President of Armenia.
