On September 14, Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II received Armenian Assembly of America (AAA) Co-Chair Oscar Tatosian, former Co-Chair Anthony Barsamian, and Executive Director Bryan Ardouny at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
The meeting focused on the internal and external challenges facing Armenia and the Armenian people, with special attention to protecting the rights of forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh. The sides also discussed the need for unifying pan-Armenian potential to overcome current hardships and contribute to Armenia’s stability and development.
The Catholicos praised the AAA’s consistent efforts to defend Armenian interests and strengthen ties between Armenia and the diaspora.
