Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan took part in an official multilateral reception hosted in Beijing as part of the 12th Xiangshan Forum, organized by Colonel General Zhang Youxia, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the People’s Republic of China.
During the event, Papikyan held informal discussions with Colonel General Zhang Youxia, China’s Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun, and several other high-ranking officials.
His participation reflects Armenia’s continued engagement in international defense forums and dialogue with key global powers.
