The Armenian government extended financial support for families of soldiers missing since the 44-day war, granting payments for August and September.
At its September 18 session, the government decided that families of missing servicemen will continue to receive monthly assistance of 300,000 drams for two additional months.
Support had been halted as of August 1, 2025, under existing regulations. The new decision ensures payments will also cover August and September.
Currently, 21 families of missing servicemen still have no court rulings recognizing the soldiers as officially absent.
