Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan presented the Gratitude Medal to former Dutch MP Pieter Herman Omtzigt in The Hague for his role in strengthening Armenia–Netherlands relations.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the medal was awarded by the President of Armenia in recognition of Omtzigt’s contribution to fostering friendship and defending universal values.
During their meeting, Mirzoyan and Omtzigt discussed issues on the agenda of Armenia–Netherlands strategic partnership as well as broader international and regional developments.
