In the first stage of the Silk Way Star music competition held in Kazakhstan, Armenia and Azerbaijan gave each other the highest scores, Minval.az reported.
Azerbaijani singer Efendi, serving on the jury, awarded top points to Armenian contestant Saro Gevorgyan. In return, the Armenian juror gave the same score to Azerbaijan’s representative Sabina Zadeh for her performance.
