We Are Awake movement to hold rally Seot 26

The We Are Awake civic movement will hold a rally on September 26 at 12:00 p.m. in front of the National Assembly on Baghramyan Avenue, coinciding with parliamentary hearings on a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The announcement was made by movement co-initiator Edgar Ghazaryan, reports Aysor.am .

“This is a unique opportunity to unite all our efforts and, through joint, lawful, and constitutional action, free ourselves from the control of the enemy,” the statement reads.

The rally has been authorized by the Yerevan Municipality.

On the same day and time, the National Assembly’s I Have Honor faction is set to hold hearings to discuss a proposed statement titled “On National Crisis and Governance Failure,” according to the parliament’s official website.

The faction has called on all political forces, civil society, and individual citizens who believe in Armenia’s future to unite around what they describe as the most realistic path to a change in power, initiating a no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister.
