On September 30, Armenia’s Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, hosted a Rwandan delegation led by Yves Iradukunda, State Minister at Rwanda’s Ministry of ICT and Innovation. The meeting aimed to strengthen bilateral cooperation in innovation and high technologies, according to the ministry’s announcement.
The two sides discussed several mutually important topics, focusing in particular on expanding cooperation in cybersecurity and the development of technological skills.
Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continuing dialogue and exploring practical mechanisms to enhance technological growth and strengthen digital infrastructure in both countries.
The meeting emphasized the importance of experience sharing, promoting joint projects, and building resilient platforms for innovation.
