The Armenian government has approved the allocation of over 1.58 billion drams in state support for regional projects under the subsidy (subvention) program. The decision was announced during a Cabinet meeting.
Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Simonyan stated that the initiative aims to co-finance community infrastructure development projects from the 2025 state budget.
According to the plan, 26 projects submitted by 24 communities will be co-funded.
“With the adoption of this decision, the total co-financing from the 2025 state budget for subvention programs will reach 14.9 billion drams,” Simonyan added.
