In a Facebook video, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan questioned why Armenia’s three former presidents never implemented the “brilliant solutions” to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict they themselves had described.
According to Pashinyan, there are only two possible explanations.
“First, they demonstrated criminal inaction, perhaps even serving the interests of foreign states rather than Armenia, thus depriving us of the supposed great solutions to the Karabakh issue. Second, those 'brilliant solutions' they described were nothing more than political deception based on mental exercises, and in reality were never implementable,” he wrote, adding: “There is simply no other explanation.”
