Torosyan: we enjoy public trust, will win 2026 elections

Arsen Torosyan, Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs and a representative of the ruling Civil Contract party, expressed confidence in their victory in the 2026 parliamentary elections, citing strong public support.

“With our performance, our programs, and our vision for a peaceful Armenia, we enjoy such trust among the people that we will win the elections,” Torosyan said, as reported by 1lurer.am .

Speaking about the upcoming local elections in Vagharshapat scheduled for November 16, Torosyan emphasized that the ruling party’s rivals do not differ ideologically or politically from the parliamentary opposition.

“I’m confident that the people of Vagharshapat will once again make the right choice. Also, given the qualities of our candidate, we will win the Vagharshapat elections,” he said.

Eleven political forces are competing in the upcoming Vagharshapat municipal council elections in Armavir Province. These include the Homeland Party, the Victory alliance (consisting of the Forward Party and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation), Civil Contract, Free Democrats, Mother Armenia National-Democratic Party, Heritage Party, National Progress Party, Republic Party, and the Pan-Armenian Front.
