The report by the committee investigating the 44-day war has not yet been submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to committee chair Andranik Kocharyan.
Kocharyan stated that he held discussions with the chief of staff of the National Assembly to determine the appropriate mechanisms for organizing the report’s distribution. The goal, he said, is to ensure that law enforcement and other relevant agencies that will be working with the report can receive copies, Pastinfo reports.
"We are discussing how to create an opportunity for the report to be delivered to the appropriate bodies as soon as possible. At the same time, I must say that the factual material is extensive, and time is needed to fully transfer it to the first section," Kocharyan explained, stressing that the database of facts is essential to the report’s structure.
"This is a procedural obstacle, and it is currently in the process of being resolved," he added.
The report on the 44-day war has not been published. It has been stored in the archives of the National Assembly.
