At a recent Cabinet meeting, the Armenian government approved a decision endorsing a cooperation agreement between Armenia and Montenegro in the fields of education, science, and innovation, as part of a batch of non-reported items.
According to Radar Armenia, the agreement outlines multiple initiatives aimed at enabling both countries to share expertise, structural knowledge, and best practices in the organization and content of their respective educational systems.
The partnership will include the development of joint academic programs, as well as the organization of seminars and training courses, all aimed at improving education quality.
Through the European Research Area framework, Armenia and Montenegro will also collaborate on joint scientific research projects.
The cooperation will apply to all levels of education, aiming to strengthen ties between educational institutions in both countries. It will also involve exchange programs for students, teachers, experts, and researchers.
Additionally, the agreement stipulates that, based on reciprocity and national legislation, both parties will annually provide scholarships for higher education studies and support the mobility of faculty and researchers through relevant programs.
