The Republic of Armenia has regained ownership of a 735-square-meter land plot located on the left side of Shiraz Street in Yerevan’s Ajapnyak administrative district, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced the news via a Facebook post.
The land is designated for “residential settlement” use. Its cadastre value, adjusted to market level, is estimated at 18,293,000 drams, according to the Prime Minister’s statement.
