The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs reports that the online application process continues under the state housing support program for families forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.
So far, 3,323 families, totaling 13,308 individuals, have received housing certificates. Of these, 1,237 families (5,333 people) have already used the support.
The program provides assistance in one of the following forms:
- A certificate for purchasing an apartment (including under-construction buildings) or an individual house
- A certificate for building a private house
- Support for repaying an existing mortgage loan
The aid is calculated per family member and ranges between AMD 3 to 5 million.
Eligible families must:
- Have been displaced after September 27, 2020
- Hold Armenian citizenship
- Not own real estate
- Not have previously received housing support under other programs related to displaced persons from specific Artsakh regions or border communities.
