The International Monetary Fund has released data on per capita gross domestic product (GDP) for several countries, including Armenia, where the figure stands at $8,970.
According to the data, Georgia’s per capita GDP is approximately $10,130, while Azerbaijan’s is about $7,370.
In Iran, the figure is $4,070, and in Turkey, it reaches $18,200. Russia has a per capita GDP of $17,450.
Armenia’s GDP per capita is similar to that of Belarus ($9,400) and slightly higher than Moldova’s ($8,240).
In comparison, Kazakhstan reports $14,720, and Latvia, another former Soviet state, has a per capita GDP of $25,630.
