According to Factor.am , the Ministry of Defense of Armenia has circulated a draft decision detailing upcoming reservist training exercises scheduled to take place from February to November 2026.
The training periods will each last 25 days, organized in multiple phases.
The draft states: “The training sessions are announced to enhance the military capabilities of reservists, provide professional retraining and preparation, train reserve officers with higher education from the non-commissioned officer ranks, and to involve reservists in combat duty.”
Participants will include reserve soldiers, non-commissioned officers, and officers registered in the first group of the first and second categories.
The training is scheduled for the following periods:
- February 3 – April 10, 2026
- March 31 – June 19, 2026
- April 15 – July 15, 2026
- June 9 – August 14, 2026
- August 4 – October 9, 2026
- September 15 – December 15, 2026
- September 29 – November 20, 2026
The project also notes that all associated expenses will be covered by Armenia’s 2026 state budget, specifically from funds allocated for this purpose.
