The talks of Vladimir Putin and George Bush in the Kremlin has resulted in signing of the declaration stating the Presidents of Russia and the USA “urge Armenian and Azeri presidents to be flexible and constructive when settling the Karabakh conflict”. The document confirms Moscow and Washington’s readiness “to assist the heads of Armenia and Azerbaijan in this process”.
