The talks between the Presidents of Russian and the USA will start in Moscow today evening. The heads of the superstates will also discuss the Karabakh issue settlement at the meeting. The Armenian-Azeri opposition subject will be touched in the context of the issues regarding the security and stability system forming in the South Caucasus. Besides, as reported, the Presidents intend to exchange opinions on the perspectives of the Caspian energy project realization.
