The regular session of the Council of the heads of the customs services of the CIS countries started work in Baku today. Armenia does not participate in the session due to political reasons. As it is known, recently certain Azerbaijani forces started a campaign against Armenian delegations’ visits to Baku to participate in various international and regional forums. Recently the Azeri “Union of veterans of the Karabakh war” spread a statement, which said that if representatives of public or state structures of Armenia arrived in Baku “force would be used” against them.
