July 4 the solemn opening of a monument to well-known Armenian composer Arno Babajanian will be held in Yerevan. Chief architect of the capital Narek Sargsian reported. The monument will be erected in the territory abutting the Opera Theater, where accomplishment works are being held at present. It should be noted that the monument by sculptor David Bejanian was set late last year, but upon public request was dismantled for amending.
