Central Bank of Armenia, in accordance with CBA President Arthur Javadyan’s resolution, has registered a new Inecobank subsidiary, Malatia, CBA press service reported.
During its activity, Inecobank CJSC has gained a reputation of secure and reliable bank with increasing profitability level and pace of development. The international shareholders of the Bank are IFC – 10% and DEG – 13.5%.
As of 31 March 2009: total capital – 9 357 105 thousand dram, the assets – 48 442 912 thousand dram, the liabilities – 39 085 807 thousand dram.
