New members of Converse Bank Council, John Tonelli, Head of Emerging Markets Structured Finance, JPMorgan Chase, and Robert Setrakian, Managing Director of The Helios Group, a New York-based investment company, will take their seats upon approval by the Central Bank of Armenia.
Bank shareholders say this will help improve professionalism of employees and financial structure.
“The appointments will be useful both for Converse Bank and the entire Armenian banking system,” CBA President Arthur Javadyan commented.
