On August 7, ArmenTel CJSC (Beeline trademark) and Social Organization for Consumer Rights Protection will sign a memorandum of understanding.
The document will be signed between ArmenTel Director general Igor Klimko and Consumer Rights Protection NGO President Abgar Eghoyan, ArmenTel Press Service reported.
