Yesterday Armenian President Robert Kocharian addressed the people on the occasion of the day of commemoration of the victims of the Armenian genocide in Ottoman Turkey in 1915. «Arminfo» agency reports making reference to the President’s press service that Robert Kocharian called «the question of the international community’s recognition of the Armenian genocide, which is on the agenda of Armenia’s foreign policy» the expression of the legal demands and expectations of the Armenian people. «Today we bow down to the memory of the victims with profound conviction that the restoration of the historical justice is inevitable. We look with faithfully to the future, the prosperous fortune of our country and statehood, which is to be created by means of joint efforts and sacrifices,” – the President said.
