NATO LEADERSHIP TO VISIT ARMENIA IN MAY

May 14 NATO Parliamentary Assembly delegation will arrive in Armenia on a three-day visit. «Arminfo» agency reports the delegation will be headed by the Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly Rafael Estrello. The delegation also includes the Assembly secretary-general Simon Lan. The delegation members’ meetings with Armenian political leadership, President Robert Kocharian, Chairman of the National Assembly Armen Khachatrian, Prime Minister Andranik Margarian and leaders of the permanent parliamentary commissions and deputy factions will be held in Yerevan. The meeting with Catholicos of all Armenians Garegin II is also expected. Armenia-NATO cooperation matters, as well as regional questions are planned to be discussed in the course of the familiarization visit.
