Russia hopes the dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding Karabakh conflict settlement to continue. “RIA Novosti” agency reports, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated it at the meeting with the Secretaries of the Security Councils of “the Caucasian four” held in Sochi. Putin also emphasized Russia pays much attention to the negotiation process. In the President’s words, everyone together “should find the conflict settlement formula, and the good will should become its main precondition.” Meanwhile Putin pointed out that the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan do have good will. “Peoples of Azerbaijan, Armenia and the entire region are interested in the settlement. Russia is also interested in it and wishes to develop full-fledged relations with both Armenia and Azerbaijan,” – the President of the Russian Federation said. He also noted that the Minsk Group, which included Russia, USA and France, would contribute to leading the negotiations out of the stalemate situation.
