Special congress of “XXI century” party headed by former Minister of National Security of Armenia David Shahnazarian was held in “Armenian National Movement” party headquarters Saturday. The congress delegates announced about the party dissolution and unification with “Armenian National movement.” Shahnazarian was one of the leaders of the latter in his time. After the congress work was over former Armenian President Levon Ter-Petrosian arrived at the building of “Armenian National Movement” board. He refused from giving an interview. But answering the question whether his appearance at the party building was a sign of return to big politics he did not deny it.
