In the 2nd tour of European Club Cup 2009, RA Women’s Chess Champion Mika played to 2:2 draw against Romania’s Politehnica.
Elina Danielian was the only winner in Armenian team. Harika Dronavalli and Nino Khurtsidze gained half a point each, while Lilit Galoyan suffered a defeat.
After the 2nd tour RA team moved to the penultimate position of the tournament table.
Georgian Samaia is leading the tournament with 4 points to its score.
In the third tour, Mika will rival Poland’s Polonia, composed of Iweta Rajlich, Jolanta Zawadzka, Karina Szczepkowska-Horowska and Monika Krupa.
