USA calls upon Armenia and Azerbaijan to finish the work started in Paris and Key West. “Mediamax” agency reports US Ambassador to OSCE Stephan Minikes stated it appearing at the conference of the organization Permanent Council. “We call upon Presidents Kocharian and Aliyev to do their best to achieve comprehensive solution of the Karabakh problem on the basis of mutual security and compromises,” – the US diplomat said. “Armenia and Azerbaijan will soon begin preparing to presidential elections 2003 and possible transfer of authority. This circumstance dictates the necessity of fast political settlement of the Karabakh problem,” – US Ambassador to OSCE stated.
