ARMENIA TO SIGN AGREEMENT ON TRANSFER OF SHARES OF A NUMBER OF ARMENIAN ENTERPRISES TO RUSSIA FOR REPAYMENT OF STATE DEBT TO RF

Today the government of Armenia has approved the proposal on signing an intergovernmental agreement on transfer of shares of a number of Armenian enterprises to Russia for repayment of the state debt to RF. As «Arminfo» agency has been reported in the Armenian government press-service, the list of Armenian enterprises includes the Institute of automated system of management, the Institute of science of materials, Yerevan scientific institute of math machines, «Mars» factory and Razdan thermoelectric power plant. The source has noted that the transfer of Armenian enterprises to Russia will let have new investments and orders, expand sphere of activities and have new export markets. Armenian state debt to Armenia is $98 million.
