Nagorno Karabagh President Bako Sahakyan signed Tuesday a number of decrees.
For high professionalism and contribution to the development of art creative director and chief conductor of the Artsakh State Chamber Orchestra Gevorg Mouradyan was awarded the honorary title of the Honored Artist of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic.
For substantial philanthropist activity the “Gratitude” medal was awarded to Emanuel Delabarre (Paris, France), posthumously, and Michel Pazoumyan, deputy head of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund’s French branch, specialist of territorial development.
For services provided to the development of medicine and health care system in the Nagorno Karabagh Republic the “Gratitude” medal was awarded to Hayrapet Galstyan, head of the National Neoplasm Center of the Armenian ministry of health, chief oncologist of the Republic of Armenia., reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
