In the OSCE documents on Karabakh conflict, territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is not mentioned. Azerbaijani foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev has stated about this. Meanwhile, according to him, in the OSCE documents on similar conflicts in Moldavia and Georgia particularly, territorial integrity of these countries is definitely mentioned. Guliyev has noted “Every time when in New York the resolution on OSCE-UNO cooperation is discussed, we achieve the inclusion of the addendum stipulating this principle by voting”. He has emphasized that the OSCE must regard all the current conflicts on the basis of equal principles.
