On October 28, President Serzh Sargsyan signed RA Law on Preservation of Non-Material Cultural Heritage and Amendments to Laws on Education Higher and Post-Graduate Education.
Under amended laws, Armenian students from NKR, Samtskhe-Javakheti and Kwemo-Kartli will pay the same amount of tuition fee as students residing in Armenia. The laws will enter into force on August 1, 2010, RA President’s press service reports.
