NAGORNO KARABAKH ART FESTIVAL TOOK PLACE IN WASHINGTON

The presentation of the “Nagorno Karabakh: art and musical festivals” program has taken place in the Armenian Embassy in the USA. As RA MFA department for public relations has reported the organizers of the festival intend to present Karabakh not only as a “conflict zone”, but also as a place where international festivals take place and use as an alternative example of economic development. The festival participants were presented with a documentary about Nagorno Karabakh as well as exhibition of pictures painted by Karabakh children was demonstrated. The program was presented by NKR’s representative to the US Vardan Barseghian.
