ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTER AND ROMANIAN AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIA DISCUSSED PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPING COOPERATION

Armenian Defense Minister Serge Sargsian and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Romania to the Republic of Armenia Pavel Platona discussed the prospects of developing Armenian-Romanian cooperation within the context of the Armenian Defense Minister’s coming visit to Romania in the second half of the year 2002. According to the information provided by the Department of Information and Propaganda of the Armenian Defense Ministry, the parties exchanged opinions on the prospects of developing bilateral military and military-political cooperation,
as well as concerned the problems of regional security.
