Deputy of the Armenian Parliament Hranush Hakobian denied the information recently spread by the European Union that she, supposedly being member of an Armenian-Turkish woman group on cooperation, had made some statement. In the course of the press conference held today H.Hakobian stated she did not know anything about the existence of such a group, had never been to Turkey and moreover had not made any statements. At the same time the parliamentarian reported she was member of the group on Armenia-EU cooperation and had repeatedly come out with statements condemning Turkish policy regarding Armenia.
